Equal parts weird and weirder. To promote Subaru’s collision avoidance technology called ‘Eyesight’ the motor manufacturer attached the safety tech to hundreds of miniature Suby’s. Then in a stroke of genius/weirdness each car was fitted out with a musical note that it played repeatedly while in motion. All that was left to do after all the techno-jiggery was to release the minicars inside a warehouse…with awesome results.
Is this every big kids dream? I think so! To help demonstrate how fast and fun Microsoft’s new operating system is the tech giant decided to replace some of the stairs at Europe’s biggest shopping center, Bluewater, in South East London with a carnival slide! The kids faces say it all but it’s the adults that really want a go!
Everything in life is better in 3D right? Well life is in 3D…but thats what LG want you to believe anyway. To bring this idea to life they turned one of the more flat digital events…the Facebook newsfeed, into a multi-dimensional, responsive experience. Great illustration of life in 3D but definitely tips the scales on the side of form over function.
The Dark Knight Rises is an epic movie and the finale of probably the best ‘super hero’ triliogy of all time. But how much would it cost to actually become Batman? What kind of investment in tech, training and resources would you need to make to become the caped crusader? For arguments sake lets say it’s roughly $682,451,350!
All ad agencies use timesheets, it’s how they determine client profitability and resource requirements. Problem is filling in timesheets sits somewhere between watching paint dry or the grass grow in terms of excitement! That is unless you unlock a fridge full of free beer once all staff have completed them! Great use of technology by JWT…although I dd notice an unguarded shelf of Vodka!
Yes, for everyone desperate for a mobile spray app for iPhone and Android the wait is now over…not really, its just a little April Fools fun, although I’m sure there will be thousands of disappointed teenagers as a result.
Red Tomato Pizza take their loyal pizza patrons seriously. Very seriously. That’s why this summer they will be rolling out the ‘Pizza Emergency Button‘, a fridge magnet with a difference. Each button has a loyal pizza patrons favourite pizza programmed in to its memory. When hunger strikes all that is required to order is a quick flip of the pizza box lid and a single press on the pizza come button inside. Fancy technology (bluetooth!) does the rest and in no time at all the doorbell will ring and your favourite piping hot pizza will be yours to enjoy!
