This is a great idea from Carling Black Label in South Africa which settles one of the oldest football terrace debates. Can the fans manage their beloved team better the the coach? Carling have taken two of the biggest SA team, Kaizer Chiefs and the Orlando Pirates and created a simple mobile based voting ecosystem which puts the power into the hands of fans. From selection to substitutions fan decisions ruled.
