Google Wallet Has Its First Competitor Called Kaching

The Commonwealth Bank of Australia, the largest bank down under has jumped into the deep-end of the mobile wallet wars with their recently announced mobile application called Kaching…as in ka-ching!  The mobile platform has a number of cool features including the well established NFC technology that was extensively highlighted in Googles recent Google Wallet Vision Video.  In addition to being NFC enabled, Kaching also allows payment between friends via Facebook, email and mobile number.
